Front of House & Guest Services

Welcome audiences and visiting filmmakers, manage ticketing and seating, and help every guest feel at home.

Event Operations

Support screenings, panels, and ceremonies behind the scenes — venue setup, session running, and logistics.

Marketing & Outreach

Spread the word through social media, community networks, flyering, and audience engagement on the ground.

Photography & Media

Capture the festival on camera, assist media guests, and help document IBFFA's inaugural edition.

Translation & Interpretation

Help bridge Bangla and English for guests, audiences, and printed or digital festival materials.

Community Engagement

Connect with community groups, cultural organisations, and schools to bring new audiences to Bangla cinema.
