IBFFA Calls for Founding Volunteers

The International Bangla Film Festival Australia is inviting expressions of interest from people who want to help build Australia's first dedicated Bangla-language film festival from the ground up. As a founding volunteer, you will play a hands-on role in the inaugural edition — from front-of-house and guest services to marketing, event operations, photography, translation, and community outreach. No prior festival experience is required: what matters most is enthusiasm, reliability, and a love of cinema and community. Volunteering with IBFFA is a chance to gain real event and screen-industry experience, meet filmmakers and fellow film lovers, and be recognised as part of the team that launched the festival's very first edition.
